Hi
Im thinking off getting myself a Aeon labs Home energy Meter Gen5 - Three clamps 60A.
I use Domoticz on a raspberry pi and a Aeotech Z-wave USB stick, does anyone know if the power meter would work with my setup?
If so, is it hard to get it to work, i mean allt off settings to get it to work ok?

Sure, it will work, but unless you're safe to work with electricity I recommend calling an electrician - just to make sure. I myself not familiar with fiddling live electricity
Also keep study the users manual to find the correct parameter settings within the device setup (after installing it of course).

I have an AEON DSB28, I'm not an elettrician, but I know how to work with electricity, the setup is not difficult
You only need to looup for the live wire and hook the sensor (that does not need any kind of wiring, it is a ring that turn around the live)
you only need power wiring to supply electricity to the device (and it is also used to analyze the voltage)
nothing more difficult that mount any other power supply wave device

The most dangerous phrase in any language is:
"We always done this way"
