DZ with SmartThings

Hello,

My Dz is my primary hub (Syno) and mais Smartthing my secondary for Google Home.
But I have an issue : ALl work but if I switch a device on with ST my DZ not have the info.

Any idea ?
Or other Hub Zwave better of ST for Google Home ?
