website to wide on iphone

I have an iPhone and open the default website.

How can i fix the width of the website for a iPhone ?

1. menu item on second row
2. dimmer bar

I believe it is an IPhone 4 or 5, because 6 and 7 does not have this problem.

i have a iPhone 6 met "settings\display\zoomed". So everything extra big
