Hello, I found this tutorial to install Broadlink python plugin to Synology https://zhougy0717.github.io/2017/07/31 ... on%20Echo/ but i don´t now how to open terminal in synology and where can i found directory /usr/local/.. in synology

You need to get acces via SSH/Putty
Google on Synology root acces via SSH and Putty and you will get there. (I only get Dutch tutorials which will do you no good unless you speak Dutch).

Now I have enable ssh, but I´m frozen on step 4.1.1. Install python-broadlink from this tutorial
