HEM Gen5 not showing values

Platform: Raspberry Pi 3
Plugin/Hardware: HEM3 100A Z-WAVE PLUS AEONLABS

I have a problem with the HEM3 Gen5. Only the voltage is showing up in Domoticz. All other readings report a 0.

My main question is how people who do get readings installed the HEM. The user manual indicates to attach the clam to the live in the fuse box. The website I bought the device from says in the description to simpy attach it to a group that is comming out of the fuse box.

Did anyone get values for usage, watt, etc by attaching the clam to a tube comming out of the fuse box?

And if so, what parameter values did you use?
