how build a best IR remote for domoticz?

hi guys
i want control IR device with domoticz with a handy device. but i can not found a code and guide for build. first i test with mysensors but dont work well with domoticz. second i want use espeasy but i can not use this (i dont know) , can you help me for control IR codes with domoticz?

The Harmony Hub is well supported in Domoticz and it will not only do IR but also BT and IP control if needed...
