Migrate from SDCard to LUN

Hey everbody,
i'm planning to migrate my whole system within the next days away from the sdcard to a lun.
The LUN target is already created and i'm waiting for my new Pi 3B to create a Raspbian system with Berry Boot.
As i'm currently using Domoticz on my Pi 2B with RFLink and Z-Wave.

Now the short question: Is it sufficient to create a backup in the Domoticz interface/settings at the Backup/Restore Tab and to import this backup afterwards (Fresh Domoticz install & restore backup) or anything i have to copy or take into consideration?
