Compile latest Domoticz Beta with Zwave, Python and dzVents on Synology

I try to compile latest Domoticz Beta from source on and for my Synology DS916+ 64-bit pentium (DSM 6.1.2-15132). I am following the wiki but get stuck at the Install open-zwave step: svn co http://open-zwave.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ open-zwave-read-only

Error message: svn: error while loading shared libraries: libsqlite3.so.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

I understand that it has something to do with the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit but I cannot get my finger behind the problem, let alone a solution. (Other than waiting until Jadahl is back in town )

Any clues ?
