How to trigger the alarm frame?

Hi,

I have my Domoticz setup with some Hue Lights, some fibaro relay, some door sensors, some temperature sensors. The Lua scripts add some logic to this.
This has been working for a while now.

If the smoke alarm (fibaro) is sounding, than the lights should blink. This is easy configurable in the relay configuration but I still need to test this. But I thought about a new usecase, If the alarm is about to sound, the lights should also blink. The Alarm is a combination of door sensor logic in combination with the key panel state. The LUA script determines if the alarm should go off and will send an on signal to the fibaro siren.
BUT how can I also send out an Alarm Frame so that all devices which support alarm triggering will go off?? Is there a certain command which I can send? The controller does receive this kind of frames but are we able to send them?
