I've quickly knocked up a plugin for this Bluetooth LE irrigation controller.

Plugin can be found here: https://github.com/suborb/GalconController bluepy is required (pip3 install bluepy)

The controller should be setup using the app, the domoticz plugin simply sends a manual valve on/valve off - you can of course use normal domoticz timers to turn on the controller. It will turn off automatically after the default timeout. As a note you may have to turn the device on twice - just in case the connection has dropped - I'll fix this in a later version.
