I am in a country where getting zwave stuff is hard, this is what is available for me Devolo 9677 Wireless siren Indoor is it compatible with domotics ( i did not see it in the wiki compatiblity list ).

Not sure if that one is compatible, but you could possibly use a normal wired siren, and a zwave relay to turn it on and off.
running domoticz 3.4834 on rpi2, with
Hue bridge / bulbs.
lightwave rf sockets, mood controlers, sensors & contacts.
Home bridge / Siri.
Ha bridge / echo Alexa.
Hard wired alarm system - setting home / away status.
Next: harmony hub.

Yes that is an amazing idea, but i wanted multiple sounds, one for small events and alarm siren for big problems
