I'm just starting with Home automation, and specifically with DomoticZ on my Synology NAS. I had so far no problem included Aeon Switches in my Wave Network, an operate them via the Web Interface or an App on my iPhone. Now I'm facing problem integrating the ZipatoRemote.
1. I can see it inside my ZWave Controller, in the hardware tab, but it appear as 'Philio Technology Corporation Unknown: type=0008, id=001d' and there is also no configuration available at the bottom when selecting it.
2. In device, it appears as an Alarm with several Nodes

3) No matter which button I click on the Remote, I never get to see anything in the log, nor can I press a button on the remote to register it to trigger a group or a scene. In the manual, there are several configuration, but I don't know which I'm suppose to set and actually how I'm suppose to set them. Did I miss something? Many of you speaks of device specific xml file. Where do I find them? Where do I place them? I understand I'm probably missing basic understanding of the system and would welcome any help and/or pointers to documentation and tutorial.
4) Do you think that Zipato Remote cannot work with DomoticZ, and I should get another one, perhaps the Aeon MiniMote, or is it simply I who is unable to set it up correctly?
