Change order of devices afterwards

Is it possible to change the device order afterwards in the interface of Domoticz? So without hacking into the database.

You mean in the webpage?
Just drag&Drop them in their new spot. ( there is an option in Setup/System settings to allow this)

I've got "Toestaan om de Widgets te verschuiven" checked, but in IE 11 I can't drag & drop them on my Dashboard or switches or groups. What am I doing wrong?

I disabled the function and saved my settings. I enabled it again and saved it again and now its working
