Unable to add Python plugins to Hardware

Post by mcwieger »

I added two plugins to the plugins folder: Onkyo AV Receiver and Buienradar. Both plugins appear in the Type list of values under Hardware. However, when pushing the Add button, nothing happens.
The Awox Smartplug plugin which comes delivered with Domoticz can also not be added. Any regular hardware is properly handled and added to the hardware list.

Specifics:
I'm running Beta 3.6749 on a Synology DS414. Plugin directory is /var/plugins. Permissions on directories and files is 755. Python3 installed.

Sounds like a browser issue. If the plugin appears at the end of the drop down list, it is a browser issue. Chrome sometimes has a problem with this HW page. Try Internet Explorer instead.

Plugins were showing at the bottom of the list, indeed. Adding in IE worked, was using Chrome.

Thanks!
