Do you know of a way to connect with a toothbrush? I've looked everywhere but could not find anything about it.

Hmmm, why would you connect your toothbrush to Domoticz?

Yea lol I know that sound crazy but there are some bluetooth toothbrush compatible. But you can store data only if you use the original application so I'm wondering if there is some project of reverse engineering (because I can't find any api).

Would be cool. Turn on coffee if toothbrush is used in the morning. Lights off downstairs in the evening.

There's an API and an SDK. You can access the data through the cloud just like with the Nest. https://developer.oralb.com/documentation

Yes but I don't want to use my smartphone to interact with it but the Raspberry Pi's bluetooth.

I am saying something can be made to get the data through the Oral B API which would be easier than the bluetooth option.
