Updating domoticz app (android) settings

Hi, I'm a newbie but I reached a good level now with domoticz on raspberry pi3 and python/ json script.
I have in my dashboard a dummy text sensor that show my public ip (thanks to python script).

How can i throw the public ip to domoticz app on my samsung s7?
P.S. I have in "settings->notifications" Telegram Api in "custom http post" that send me pop up notification in domoticz app and a message to telegram.
Can I use this channel to send public ip to domoticz app?
Or? Solution? Thanks to all!
