Can't get Domoticz to connect with Toon

Today I added Toon to my Domoticz setup (based on a Raspberry PI and the WiKi) but in the logging I keep getting :

2017-04-05 17:49:11.194 Error: ToonThermostat: Error login!

I have enabled local access.
Maybe a dumb question but how does Domoticz know the IP address of "Toon" ?
Or am I doing something wrong.

Any help is appreciated.

There are some problems with Toon and Domoticz.

As far as I know, Domoticz is trying to connect to https://toonopafstand.eneco.nl/, but that site has been pulled by Eneco on March 15. Ideally the connections should now be made through an API, but it's uncertain how development is at the moment. Every now and then I notice Toon working with Domoticz, and then suddenly it stops again.

Local access is not needed. You also don't need to know the IP address for the Toon.

Thanks for the clarification , I was under the impression that Domoticz was connecting to my Toon directly.
toonopafstand indeed is "dead" .

On the ENECO forum I read that people are still able to connect to Toon.
Are there (maybe on other platforms) other ways to connect ?
I know the apps (iOS and Android) still work.
