Device Recognzed but not at all

Got a wired device...
cannot understand what's going on...

Scenario:
after a useless hardware reset of my AeonTec Gen5 Stick, I had to reinclude all devices I have...
it had'nt easy and I'm getting a wired problem with a switch:

devices 019 and 020 are the same but device 019 is not seen correctly.
I was 10 minutes before... than I don't know exactely what I've done to have this 'disappear'...

The switch is usable... domoticz can handle it and it correctly goes ON and OFF, but for an unknown reason the device is not seen correctly.
The same in the OWZCP... where the debug log show

Node019, ERROR: Dropping command, expected response not received after 1 attempt(s)

I've tried to exclude the device... but the procedure does not goes ok and the device looks unremovable
tried to reinclude it... doesn't work (it is not recognized as a new device)
Tried to hardware reset the switch (keep pressing until flash)... no success....

Cannot really understanf what's going on with it
any clue or suggestion on how to proceed?
