Razberry Open Z-wave backup&restore

Post by quazar »

Because of issues with my raspi setup, I decided to reinstall the system. Where are the Razberry/open z-wave settings stored? Copying the old domoticz folder over the new one does not restore the z-wave setup. It's also not backed up as part of the Domoticz backup... Is this stored somewhere else on the Pi?

Sorry for my question! The Razberry was not properly configured (e.g. not linked to /dev/ttyAMA0 yet in the Hardware settings menu), after that my Open-Z-wave network was up again!
So, i000: the Razberry should be detected once you've selected the right port (/dev/ttyAMA0 in my case). I do not know how to transfer a network from Z-wave.me to OpenZ-Wave... I chose to reconfigure everything because it was all very buggy under Z-wave.me (1 year ago or so).

I'm trying to get the Razberry GPIO-modul running on my PI3 but even with the instruction I've found it's still not working.
Does anybody know how to configure or has anybody a working instruction.

I have achieved it, doing the next steps, with a clean installation. These steps are taken from the wiki section in Domoticz page.:

Write image Raspian Jessie Lite on sd-card.

1. sudo raspi-config
1.1 expand Filesystem
1.2 Change User Password
1.3 Change Timezone: set to appropriate timezone
1.4 Advanced Options: Option A3. Memory Split: Set to 16M since we don't need a graphical environment
1.5 Advanced Options: Option A0. Update
1.6 sudo reboot
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt-get upgrade
4. sudo reboot
5. sudo apt-get install rpi-update
6. sudo rpi-update
7. sudo nano /boot/config.txt
add to end of the file:
dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt
8. removing 'console=serial0,115200' from cmdline.txt
sudo nano /boot/cmdline.txt
9. sudo systemctl disable hciuart
10. sudo stty -F /dev/ttyAMA0 9600
11. sudo reboot
12. sudo curl -L install.domoticz.com | bash

Strange! I've reset the Zwave.me on my RasPi and try to add my Z-wave devices again.
Most of them can be included, but the following devices are not found:
Everspring AD142 Plug-in Dimmer Module
Everspring AN1582 Wallplug with energy consumption

Should I install the open z-wave libraries? On my previous system I worked with the Zwave.me system under Domoticz before switching to open-Zwave...

Now I can't use Domoticz and zwave.me at the same time, like before with low version of Domoticz. I can only use one of these.
I do the steps explained on the before post and Domoticz working fine.
