Zwave Alarm Command Classes

Recently i bought a Nodon Smart Plug ASP-3-1-00.

The NodOn® Smart Plug embeds Smart Alarm management features, in order to react to different kinds of Notifications and Events (According to
“Notification V1” command class) Up to 8 Alarms can be configured, through Configuration parameters #5 to #20.

My question: Can this Nodon device send its alarm code to gateway and other devices or is it to be configured as receiver of Alarm commands and act upon those?

I can configure 8 alarms but i have no clue how to functionally use these alarms ( Alarm numbers / Alarm types / Alarm specifications) ?

What does it mean: to config an Alarm? For What? For whom?

This Nodon plug seems to have a Power outage / Power recover detection: The product is equipped with a small super-capacitor, allow to send an emergency frame in case of power outage Alarm priority management

I have no clue how i can setup this feature.

I am totally confused. Is there somebody here that can explain the concept of Alarm Command classes and how to uses them ?

If somebody has more reference documentation on the zwave alarm command class implementation please publish it here in this forum.
