Keep device alive

Hi there,

Currently using a selfmade script parsing php values to a domoticz device. however only updates the device if the values are being changed.
is there any solution to keep the domoticz dummy device alive with the last value? now 50% of the devices are showing red while the value is still what it should be due to no changes.

Currently you can't. What's wrong with updating the device occasionally, except that last seen is updated too?
