Virtual sensor from CSV/sqlite?

Hi,

I'm using "TaloLogger" software for monitoring my heating controller unit Ouman EH-800. All data is stored in SQLite database at the moment, but I can use also CSV files.

- How to add virtual sensor to Domoticz, based on SQLite value?
