some z-wave nodes not getting info

some z-wave nodes not getting info

Hi,
Got a couple of z-wave nodes that don't have manufacturer info/model numbers (0x0000 and 0x0000) and has just basic functionality. (no meters).

I've tried a node heal and refresh node info but they don't appear to work.

How else can i get these nodes working fully again?

One is a TKB energy plug and the other is a Fibaro 3kw relay.
Now setup on a RPI3.
Also using Evohome HGI80, RFXTRX433E and a Aeotec Gen5 stick. Mainly a Gen5 Z-Wave system.
My weather (Davis vantage Pro2) data is obtained by weatherunderground
Now collecting rtl_433 data from Apollo Ultrasonic meter

Right, i have corrected this issue.
I copied and pasted data out of a backed up version of my zwcfg......xml file and put it into the current one.
All is well now.
Now setup on a RPI3.
