Get info from homealarm (chuango)

Post by Ivanhoe1 »

Hi,
Checking possiblities to connecta a sensor (like Fibaro Universalsensor) to my home alarm (chuango g5).
I would like to get inputs to domoticz when the alarm is activated/dectivated and when the alarm goes off. Do you think its possible to connect any universalsensor to the outputs (see attached image) to get this info?

Chuango uses 433 protocol. I have the same (only branded as Eminent) and I would also like to know how to turn the alarm on/off. But I guess it wouldn't make it very secure if you can switch it off wireless... :)

Maybe you can use the electronic lock relay for detecting if the alarm is activated/deactivated), but you should check the manual for specs

you can intercept the radio communication of each device (433mhz) but you have to note that chiango does NOT send the close signal, just the OPEN (for reed devices)

I had one, and I'm actually migrating to Zwave (well.. the chuango controller exploded due to battery leack :P :P)

Yes and the output for wired siren might work as input to domoticz for triggerd alarm.
