It "kind of works", i.e. after many attempts it could be included but incomplete. It is not recognized as a door lock. If I set it as a door lock it reports the wrong state, closed when open and vice versa. The state is not always updated. There is not a single word concerning zwave installation in the manual. The support from the company
concerning zwave is zero. I would not recommend this product at the present time. May be they improve the quality of the support. Let's hope. Furthermore it is mechanically quite slow.
My experience is terrible. It doesn't work on z-wave (aeotec z-stick), the app constantly crashes and the BT-range is terrible. I have to hold the phone touching the door and restart the app + bluetooth. It takes me approx 1-3 minutes to lock/unlock the door. The "danabridge" doesn't work either...
Support is fine if you're only asking for easy basic questions. I have been asking about z-wave and they no longer reply to my mails and have blocked me on facebook so i'm no longer able to write to them nor post on their facebook wall.

Yes it still crashes when using the Bluetooth but it seems to be somehow unstable. Sometimes it's working on the first try, other times I'll have to disable BT and close background app several times before it's working. This is also happening when I'm on the inside of the door using the galaxy s3 and holding the phone so close to the lock that there is contact between the phone and the lock.
Regarding the z-wave, there are several others who have the same gateway and v2 that is reporting that it's working fine.
Is it somehow possible to activate the "async" without using z-wave?

Sorry for keeping you waiting.
In regards to the Z-Wave issue, we could try to update the software, but I am not convinced that it will help.
Otherwise we would have to refer to the manufacturer of the gateway. We are not in control/do not have any saying in the integration of the lock in the gateway, so we don't know what has been implemented and what not.
Does the app still crash, when connecting to the lock via Bluetooth?

Aeotec does have support for + and secure class.
Openzwave does have support for your lock as well. I've tried to search forums about other people having the same problem but it seems that the problem i have don't occure at other forums.
Regarding the app, it's mostly on the Z2. On S3, it does sometimes but it restores autmatically without restarting the app and bluetooth. I assume it is due to the connection problems between the Z2 and your lock.

I am able to pair without problem but after that there seems to be no more communication between the lock and z-stick. Using the same stick on the same version...
Well I'm not sure but I had similar problems when I started inclusion using the lock (two beeps using button).
Then I included it using the app on the phone and everything worked, might be a coincidence.
