Which USB Stick should i use on Synology DS 216+

Hello,
i am new to this forum and a beginner. Thanks to jumbotroll for the great Solution!

On the Synology i have installed Domoticz. Now i am looking for a compatible Z Wave stick. After searching and reading of many posts in this forum i am not sure whick stick i should buy. Please can somebody give me some useful tips?

Do i need anything else for using this stick for example a specific soft- or firmware?
