restore backup

I had a script running that made a backup to my nas.

Because of sd-card problems I had to reinstall Domoticz, and of course now I would like to restore my backup.

Unfortunately I cannot find information ow to do that.
I have have three backup files named ;
telegram_scripts_20170102010001.tar.gz
domoticz_scripts_20170102010001.tar.gz
domoticz_20170102010001.db.gz

When i unpack them with 7-zip, I get tar files, except for the db file

Is there documentation about restoring these files ?

Thank you. As a linux noob I assumed I had to run a special command for this .
