Re: Chinese PIR
today i received my PIRhttps://nl.aliexpress.com/item/High-gra ... 0.0.3yuKEg i want to use it with a flamingo fa 500 and i am using a rf-link.
I want to turn on the flamingo fa500 when motion is noted and i want it to stay on for 60 minutes. There is a blockly for this but it doesnt work...
what works is:
- same blockly => when motion then turn on a hue light for 60 minutes
- other blockly => when motion then wait 3 seconds and turn on flamingo
is the problem in the transceiving at the same moment?

Re: Chinese PIR
The PIR transmits fairly long.
You need a delay (to wait for the pir to stop transmitting) if you want to send a command to any device that uses the same frequency.
You can transmit to Hue as it uses a different frequency.

Re: Chinese PIR
OK, that explains why my lights sometimes don't turn on after a signal from the PIR sensor. I should introduce a "wait", but how many milliseconds?Stuntteam wrote:The PIR transmits fairly long.

Perhaps a better solution is to buy a better sensor? Which one is OK?
