I'm planning to buy this:
USB Z-Wave stick - Aeotec AEOEZW090
https://www.amazon.es/dp/B00YETCNOE/ref ... _pC_nS_ttl
I've read that this z-wave controller USB is better than RazBerry module. But I need a guide to integrate with Domoticz, and add switches, like http://www.fibaro.com/en/the-fibaro-system/wall-plug
Any references? (I have already looked it up in Google...)

have you checked the Wiki?!
anyway it's quite easy: plug the stick, add the hardware in domoticz, select the correct port... start pairing following the stick/device instruction
in Domoticz you can use the OZWCP control panel to add devices

The most dangerous phrase in any language is:

I hope will be easy! But "plug&play components" don't be easy to install for me at all

But this USB stick is very common, and maybe it'll surprised me.
