Master/slave possible with different architectures?

Post by jenssen »

Hello,

I know this was not possible before (see viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7303&start=20), but I was curious if this is possible with the latest versions? I want to install Domoticz as master on an VMware ESX platform and have several slaves (Pi's) running at several locations. The main reasons for this:
- in this solution it is very easy to backup all the logged information from Domoticz.
- you can easy make a snapshot before making any changes, easy rollback.

Kind regards,

Jenssen
