Re: MyQ Garage door?
Several of us are interested in getting MYQ to communicate with Domoticz, but I don't think anyone has done anything yet.

Re: MyQ Garage door?
I have a myQ Chamberlain Smart Garage Control - Wireless Garage Hub and Sensor with Wifi & Bluetooth, connected to my Chamberlain garage door opener. I am able to only CLOSE my garage door with domoticz. I have created notifications through ifttt so I know when it is open and closed.
Setup the myQ Chamberlain Smart Garage Controller according to the manual so that it works with myQ APP.
Create a ifttt account
on ifttt.com Search for Webhooks and select it.
Create a Webhooks integration
for the "IF This" click "Add"
Search for "Webhooks"
Select "Receive a web request with JSON payload"
Name the Event. I named mine "garagedoorclose" and select Create trigger
for the "Then That" click "Add"
Search for "myQ"
Select "Close door"
You will have to log into your myQ account
Select your MyQ Account and select the Garage Door you setup in the myQ app
Click "Create action"
Click "Continue" and then "Finish"
You have create the ifttt Applets
Go to the main page of ifttt.com
Search for "Webhooks"
Click on Documentation
You should now see "To trigger an Event with an arbitrary JSON payload" and "Make a POST or GET web request to:
you will need to edit the url where it says {event} with the name of your newly created applet name. I named mine "garagedoorclose"
Keep this window open and go to your domoticz server and create a dummy switch
Edit your new dummy switch
Name your dummy switch
in the On Action field copy the https: url from the ifttt web site. It should look something like this making sure to change the event
"name" and use "your key"
https://maker.ifttt.com/trigger/ garagedoorclose /json/with/key/**********this-will-be-your-private-key***********
If you have done this successfully then you should be able to "Close" your garage door.
Good luck
P.S. I used ifttt to create the alerts so I know that the garage door is open or close. That is straight forward through the ifttt website.
