You can start domoticz with -www 0 -sslwww 0, at least you are not able to connect to it then

No, I want to be able to it with other devices, I just don't want it to open on raspberry pi because I am running something else on it.

I really don't understand what you are trying to acomplish, You asked on Raspberry PI, hence my answer.

There is no GUI in Domoticz. Nothing that uses any graphic resources on the host that is. All it has is a web content server that allows a web browser to combine information from the Domoticz server into something that one could consider a GUI but is usually referenced to as a web front end.

Yes, but after Raspberry pi started i got browser loaded and shown with default Domoticz web page, i want to know how disable that.

Sometimes i do need browser and i got magicmirror who uses it.
