Hi,
Any update on this?
Just wondering if some means of suppressing this message box could be provided to facilitate a truly unattended install
Thanks,
Richie

Unattended Windows Install/Upgrade
Hi, I've written a powershell script to download the latest version and install it on my windows server. Everything is working except one message box that pops up prompting that this is an upgrade. I'm running domoticzsetup.exe /SP- /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES No other manual intervention is ...

Re: RFXtrx433e and Bofu Blinds
Is Ext2 not the same as Type2 (Type2 being for the RFXtrx433 and Ext2 being for the RFXtrx433E)?
If it is the same, then i am already running it.
If I need to have Type2 (not Ext2) in my RFXtrx433E then i will try that tomorrow.
Can you clarify this?
Thanks,
Richie

RFXtrx433e and Bofu Blinds
Ok, Finally took a chance and splashed out on the RFXtrx433e in the hope of controlling my recent purchase of some cheapy Bofu blinds motor (EY25) Unfortunately I just can't get it to work - even with the latest Firmware 1013 (Ext2 version) - see RFXtrx1.png. I have just the Blind T0 checked - see ...

Re: Struggling To Automate Blinds
Ok,
Finally decided to fork out for the rfxtrx433e from Vesternet after doing some more research and finding out that it supports a lot of devices.
I'm hoping my blinds motor is recognised - if not, is there some way I can "record" my blinds remote through the rfxtrx433e?

Re: Struggling To Automate Blinds
Hi, I got the qubino to drive the motor without realising the RF receiver was built into it. I'm toying with the idea of creating an Android Hyper-v vm so I can use the Broadlink rm 2 with Domoticz. I know a lot of people use the RFXCOM but not sure how you actually use it with Domoticz to control ...

Re: Struggling To Automate Blinds
Hmm, just found this: https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=6929 Which leads to this: http://leffab.wixsite.com/domo-assist So, as I have my Domoticz on Windows, it looks like i can now use this as a cheap RF433 module Hopefully it will work with my blinds - once i work out how to ...

Re: Struggling To Automate Blinds
Having checked those links it seems that pretty much all the motors are remote controlled (although there was a Dooya DM35S, main controlled without needing remote). I've already mistakenly bought the following thinking it was possible to use without the remote: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-DIY ...

Struggling To Automate Blinds
I've wanted to automate some roller blinds at home for a while, but can't find any tubular motors at an even vaguely affordable price. I've got both a Fibaro shutter controller and a qubino, so can either go 240v AC or 12-24v DC. I've been scouring ebay and Internet in general, but getting hold of ...

Re: Close Domoticz from Command Line (Windows)
Actually, think i've found it from another post: The following command line parameters are available: -www port (for example -www 8080) -sslwww port (secure web port, for example -sslwww 443) -dbase file_path (for example D:\domoticz.db or /opt/domoticz/domoticz.db) -verbose x (where x=0 is none, x ...

Re: Close Domoticz from Command Line (Windows)
Ok, so using taskkill /IM domoticz.exe (without the /F), which seems to work. So, I now have a working domoticz Monitor that locates a new entry in the domoticz log file when the OpenZWave driver fails. It then terminates Domoticz, diconnects and reconnects the USB controller Runs Domoticz and ...

Close Domoticz from Command Line (Windows)
Hi, Not sure if this is the right part of the forum to ask, but is there a way of exiting from Domoticz via the command line? Something like domoticz.exe -q I start the app via command line, but there are times when i need to restart it and i'd rather not use something like taskkill (or any other ...

Re: Execute Command on Log Entry
With regard to the link in your other message.
I can write a vbscript or even .net console app to read the file - it is just going to be difficult to check for new instances of the error.
I was hoping that there would be a way to do it in Lua similar to any other events like a switch being operated

Re: Execute Command on Log Entry
Yes I have the time out set for thirty minutes. However, when I get the driver failure the only recovery is to disconnect and reconnect the usb controller - it just repeats the driver failure otherwise

Re: Execute Command on Log Entry
Every so often the OpenZWave driver fails, so i need to stop Domoticz, disconnect the Aeotec USB, reconnect it and restart Domoticz. At the moment i am not alerted to this, so would, initially, like to have an alert/email sent and, long term, automate the stop, disconnect, re-connect & restart ...

Execute Command on Log Entry
I've had a quick look and can't see if this has been asked before.
What I want is to be able to execute a script if a particular event is flagged in the log - so, is there a way of monitoring new log entries and executing a script/command if a specific phrase/error appears?
