I've got the same issue, receiving 4 messages
20;59;HomeEasy;ID=7b566e47;SWITCH=0b;CMD=OFF;
20;5A;NewKaku;ID=002a1c02;SWITCH=2;CMD=OFF;
20;5B;HomeEasy;ID=7b566e47;SWITCH=0b;CMD=ON;
20;5C;HomeEasy;ID=7b566e47;SWITCH=0b;CMD=ON;
but Promax switches do not repsond with latest firmware

I had a similar problem. In my case it was caused by insufficient power supply on my RPi. Replacing the USB cable and power supply fixed the problem.
