Re: Python Plugin: Domoticz-TinyTUYA-Plugin (Cloud)
Actually i got it to work, i found in another post that there is a 'Heater' branch. and that works. here is my debug_discovery , i got a second device today, an IR panel heater. [{'name': 'Maclean Panel Heater', 'id': 'bf4fa061224d828c323i15', 'key': 'Deleted', 'mac': 'a0:92:08:56:58:46', 'category ...

Re: Python Plugin: Domoticz-TinyTUYA-Plugin (Cloud)
Hy Xenomes, After using the 'Old' tuya domoticz plugin not finding any devices, I switched to the newer one with tinytuya integration. finally it finds my device, a wifi heater. unfortunately the control is only an on/off button and that doesn't do much. this heater is also the device id I specified ...

Re: domoticz android app paid version on MicroG
I started to look at the log information to debug. So far I see that the app is looking for the dynamite module. The original from Google isn't there and the dummy version from MicroG is used. I then looks for getModuleVersion, which doesn ot seem to be there. and this seems to be the reason that ...

Re: domoticz android app paid version on MicroG
You are probably right, but since the lite (unpaid) version is working, it must be something related to the paid features of the app. such a shame. who wants to have a GMS phone these days. People that are smart enough to use domoticz instead of a crapy vulnerable off the shelf automation system ...

Re: domoticz android app paid version on MicroG
I had no issues on getting the unpaid version (Domoticz Lite) to run on a degoogled android phone. the paid version however crashes before it actually comes up with the wizard. I tried a couple of things, such as giving all the permissions, installing google maps (without signing in) and finally ...

Re: Domoticz app 2.0
I have a google free AOSP phone. Domoticz Lite works well, how can I get Domoticz Premium? I don't have the Google Play store, at least not the one I can make purchases with.

Re: Domoticz app 2.0
Domoticz Android app contains 7 trackers! and requires Google Services. no way!
I am using Domoticz not to disclose to half the world what I am doing at home. Not going to spoil it with such a tool.

Re: Rooted Toon plugin
PLease add some debugging info for testing in the log to see what is happening. I don't see any update to the sensors, but get not see what could be the problem Debugging information is still in the plugin. all Domoticz.Log calls have been replaced by Domoticz.Debug calls. with verbose logging you ...

Howdy,
Just checked in a new version with less logging and also an extra P1 meter for electricity and generated electricity. you can pick which you like most now;-)

Re: Rooted Toon plugin
Version 1.0.2 is on git. zwave devices are now being read out there are now three devices for gasflow/counter, electricity current usage/counter & generated electricity current delivery/counter. the biggest struggle so far has finding the right device type, and I believe there is still room for ...

Re: Rooted Toon plugin
Correct, but the the total usage is in m3 (1000L) and that is what is on the bill to the energy company. ;) With a readout of once per 10 seconds (this is the granularity the toon offers) you cannot go from a flow of l/min to m3. the same as for electricity, 500 watt (500 joule / second) sampled ...

Re: Rooted Toon plugin
Also the Gasmeter is different. You are using the Watermeter for Gas Domoticz.Device(Name="Gas Usage", Unit=9, TypeName="Waterflow").Create() must be Domoticz.Device(Name="Gas Usage", Unit=9, TypeName="Gas").Create() The TypeName Gas is a counter for gas usage (in m3). Gas flow is not measured in ...

Re: Rooted Toon plugin
I think I will implement the zwave devices readout soon (it is not that difficult to parse). However getting the real P1 readouts would be better. this is more accurate and allows for using the P1 devices that are defined in Domoticz. The P1 devices require information in P1 format (which I ...

Re: Rooted Toon plugin
It stayed for more then 30 minutes. Then I stopped the server The -1 after the 'this should never happen' is a value generated by the toon.
