Thanks. I installed it and it works fine, but how can I get the Kodi status in a blockly? Edit: ...or ...

Re: Domoticz does not restart after being killed on Raspbian (stretch)
I don't know for previous versions but in stretch I do a manual stop before start when domoticz was killed (by a kill command or crash) Thanks! Your suggestion to first issue the stop command before the start command does work. As an alternative it looks like you can also use the restart command. I ...

Domoticz does not restart after being killed on Raspbian (stretch)
Clean install of Domoticz V4.9700 on Raspbian Stretch Lite on Raspberry Pi 2. No Domoticz database restored. It seems that Domoticz does not restart after being killed with a kill command on Raspbian (stretch). After starting Domoticz the status is "active (exited)" instead of "active (running)" as ...

Ehhh, can you please help how to install 'easy http server' on Synology? appreciated! As an alternative to a Synology package or installating it manually -and if you have a Synology that can run Docker- you can also use the following Docker image: https://hub.docker.com/r/trafex/nefiteasy-http ...

Re: Nefit Easy™ client library (How to install on the Pi)
Unfortunately I am not a C++ programmer but encrypt()/decrypt() and the structure of the jabber id, to, from etc. is where the magic happens and for the xmpp client you could use for example gloox http://camaya.net/gloox/.pepijn wrote:I would say, go ahead

Re: Nefit Easy™ client library (How to install on the Pi)
Personal i don't think the Easy will not be supported nativly, the whole library had t be ported to C++. If you look at the core code it should not be that difficult (no disrespect, Robert did the hard part) for someone who knows there way around Domoticz. There is the encryption and the client ...

Re: Nefit Easy™ client library (How to install on the Pi)
In my opinion Node-Red is not a script but IBM's way of connecting IoT. But you are free to build native support into Domoticz :) Matbe someone will have some spare time. :) https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=9734 Next, the set command does not result on a change on the Nefit easy ...

Nefit Easy™ thermostat support
Robert Klep has developed a client in nodejs that can access the Nefit Easy™ thermostat. It would be great if this can be integrated natively in Domoticz.

I am not familiar with Node-RED but is it also possible to "exec" bin/easy directly without the intermediate bash scripts?

Thanks!
About the last note you mention.
It should also be possible with a clock program in place.

Re: Nefit Easy™ client library (How to install on the Pi)
in case you want to install node.js in on a Raspberry Pi 1 model B revision 2: Just wondering. Why does the package manager not work? I always end up with a 0.* version. :| From https://nodejs.org/en/download/package-manager/: curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_5.x | sudo -E bash - sudo apt ...
