i've made the next workaround to make the powerplugs work for me:

-created a dummy switch ("Tuin Waterval").
-created a real switch ("Somfy2"), the actual powerplug.

Same problem with the Somfy Lighting Modulis RTS Receiver Dimmer (pn: 9014281), also inverted, so can't dim in Domoticz. I can only turn it off (=on) and on (=off).

Same here, testing the RFXcom in combination with the Somfy Powerplug (e200 RTS). Everything works correctly with the rfxmngr application, in Domoticz it's inverted, when i turn it off in the aplication, it goes on and vice versa. Hoping for a solution....
