It does reconnect automatically. But it depends on what type of error it gets back (temporary or permanent).

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
No change in behavior, seems to be even worse in Firefox as I am not able to login at all (no login screen is shown). Chrome is still working as normal. If I enter mydomoticz at exactly https://my.domoticz.com/mydomoticz/login, then it works for me in Firefox. Otherwise, in case it redirects it ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
I removed the apache2 proxy in between.
All seems to go better now. proxy.mydomoticz.com has a new ip address now.

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Thanks for your quick reply, I appreciate that. This morning we have tested the link (https://my.domoticz.com) from another internet connection (other company location) and there it isn't also not reachable. John Weird, when I click on the link you gave, it works for me with 2 other people logged ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Let me shine a light on the last few posts. The MyDomoticz hosting has been changed and MyDomoticz now runs behind a reverse proxy. This can explain the differences in up addresses shown Also we are looking further into the slow/crash issues. Finally: The SMTP settings were not entered correctly. So ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
It's a Domoticz issue. We will have to see on which side we can resolve this. I run Domoticz beta V2020.2 (build 12901), Linux , Ubuntu 20.04 LTS And now after succeeding to logon and load my site through MyDomoticz I have a crash of Domoticz (already 2 times this evening): No authentication, user ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
The server is not overloaded. But check your Domoticz log files. Feedback is welcome.

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
As of last night, MyDomoticz has been migrated to a new host. The current my.domoticz.com requests are being proxied by the old host, until Gizmocuz updates the DNS name. The vanity names already work directly to the new host. The current client code doesn't seem to detect dead connections very well ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
The -www 0 might be the guilty one. Try 8080 or another. Or otherwise make 443 something that's higher than 1024. For instance 1443, at your choice. I my service configuration file I can see the following DAEMON=/home/pi/domoticz/$NAME DAEMON_ARGS="-daemon" #DAEMON_ARGS="$DAEMON_ARGS -daemonname ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Make sure that in your Domoticz settings, you have either the http or https port set up.

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
This is probably because of interference between your usual Domoticz login and MyDomoticz. It's on the list of things to test well. Who can help me? Can't get this work. When I go to mydomoticz.com I can login and get a green icon. Then click the green icon, login again and get the message "domoticz ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Unfortunately to both answers I have to answer that this still will take until after this year still. This is due to the work load at my regular day time job. Thank you for this, its working well for me. I have made a donation to the cause. Quick question, is it possible to connect the mobile (iOS ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
What do your Domoticz log files say when that happens? When I try and log in, the icon stays red. It worked when I had Domoticz running on Windows PC, but when I moved Domoticz inside a virtual machine with Ubuntu, I couldn't connect anymore. There is a connection outside the virtual machine because ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Make sure the apikey that you enter in the Domoticz settings page is the api key that you can find in your MyDomoticz settings and in the confirmation e-mail you got. Especifically it is not the e-mail address that you use to log in to the site. I constantly get "Status: PROXY: Authenticate result ...

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Hi, The master-slave functionality via MyDomoticz is still in beta. You can consider this a "known issue". The maintainer wanted to refactor the original master-slave functionality, so that's why we hesitated to proceed with the development in MyDomoticz. Hi, My "slave" looses contact approximately ...
