Somfy needs to be Somfy RTS. Note that Somfy IO is operating at 868MHz and not supported.
See Chapter 9 in the RFXtrx User Guide how to pair the Somfy RTS motors. Or use Domoticz and select a random ID set the motor in learning mode and click the TEST button in Domoticz ...

I've bought a odroid c4 with a smart meter cable and a RFXCOM (RFXTX433XL).

For now, I just want to connect some lights and my screens with it, in the future I want to script a bit.
