Re: homebridge-edomoticz Plugin
I can confirm Authorization broke in the last commit. I was a bit too enthusiastic with the refactoring and all. Have just fixed this issue on git / master . My apologies. PS. G3rard: good find! Let me investigate. Looks like this is a Domoticz thing. Hi TheRamon, thanks for your efforts. The ...

Re: homebridge-edomoticz Plugin
Hi, I am running homebridge-edomoticz using NPM for quite a while now. Today I ran a few updates and also updated homebridge-edomoticz to the latest version. Everything seemed to work ok but when I tried to change the color of my RGBW bulbs, nothing happened. Brightness can be changed, I can turn ...

Re: Greenwave NS310-F not connecting
You should be patient as kWh will be added to devices when the plug is in use. So connect a watercooker or something to the plug, cook the water and wait a little. You should then find new devices with kWh.

Re: Greenwave NS310-F not connecting
It does. I have got 6 of the powernode 1's and all work. Just be patient. First you see watts and a switch. If enough power is used a kwh device will appear. Great to hear you got it working.

Re: Greenwave NS310-F not connecting
Hi, the powernode has 2 buttons a powerbutton on the front and a sync button on the bottom of the device. This is what you have to do: First plugin the powernode and press the sync button. Check if the green lights are blinking clock-wise or counter clock-wise. If the green lights are blinking ...

Re: Z-wave device sends on and off signal
OK just to update others on my journey with this dimmer I hereby post my final results. I returned it. It did not work as expected and I experienced the dimmer was of bad quality. The copper pins were broken and the product did not feel as sturdy as one would wish. I now bought a Fibaro Dimmer 2, a ...

Re: Z-wave device sends on and off signal
Yea it is really strange. I am now setting up a fresh install of Domoticz to see if it is Z-wave that causes the trouble.

Re: Z-wave device sends on and off signal
Hi, no I do not have any blockly or lua controlling it. I installed the Z-wave controller and switch just hours ago. The controller and the dimmer are about 2 meters apart, I do not think reception is the problem. But I don not have any clue what else it could be.

Re: Z-wave device sends on and off signal
Hi thanks for your reply. What I have done is made a lua script that sends a message each time a signal comes in because the Z-wave log lines in Domoticz do not say if the device is switched on or off. The dimmer is switching. The strangest part is that switching on and off works great, but Domoticz ...

Z-wave device sends on and off signal
Hi, I am having a difficult time understanding Z-wave. Just now I started using it hoping to replace my RFXCom eventually. I bought a Z-wave.me USB stick and a BeNext built-in dimmer. The problem I am having is that when switching the BeNext dimmer on or off in the logs I can see that it sends ...

Re: Script to restart Domoticz if it crashes
I am writing this just to inform anyone that wants to use this script and is not running on a Raspberry Pi. I recently migrated Domoticz to new hardware with a standard Debian 8 (jessie) installation so I stopped using my Raspberry Pi for Domoticz. I then came to know the script I wrote above does ...

Re: Script to restart Domoticz if it crashes
Thanks for your success story
and of course your addition of the automatic startup. I think I have solved that differently. But your solution is plain and simple.

Re: Script to restart Domoticz if it crashes
Hi, I was looking into a more simpler approach just like fisics opted a few posts back. The reason why is because I found out Domoticz ocassionally crashes. It does not happen a lot but it is frustrating when finding out the moment you would like to flip a switch. I have found a way to interpret the ...
