I now have; Seriële device in gebruik: /dev/ttyUSB1
But I still get errors.

I have this https://www.sossolutions.nl/slimme-meter-domoticz-starter-raspberry-pi I have installed the software and that is up and running.
I do not get any data from my Landis Gyr E360.
