Hi! Thanks for your answer. Meanwhile, I figured it out. It was indeed caused by node-red.
Node-red is now only running when needed. Log is fine now.

My domoticz logfile is continuous (every 4 seconds) updating with "available devices list from bridge"
Debug is set to false
Logging level in node red Zigbee2MQTT Dashboard is set to error.
Is this normal behavior?
Is there a way to reduce these logs?
