yes i see the sensors in my Alexa routines. I tried it now and it work. The routines is triggered. But in domoticz log i still getting the error messages.

I prefer VPN access. I have my own VPN server on VPS. A home router is connected to this server as a client. Then, for example, i run a second client on a mobile phone and i see a devices on my home network (depending on the server and home router settings). I am using wireguard for this.
