Nope. There is no solution yet unfortunately.
Turns out that when you have the EU version, the heatlink from the thermostat E is excluded from the API. See here

They say they are restructuring the API now. Maybe after that it will be supported ...

i updated to the lastest beta (4.10311) but having issues with the thermostat. domoticz does not seem to find it.

Hi all
i am trying to add my nest thermostat E to domoticz.
followed the NestDeveloperApiKey and that part seems to work fine.

but, domoticz is unable to find my thermostat. is it supported?
