Re: Update to new version
In October 2018 I installed Domoticz on a RaspberryPi and occasionally performed the automatic updates. Somewhere in 2020 this update caused a problem or conflict with something I can't remember, which resulted in a corrupt Domoticz. Back then this was a known issue and using some forum threads I ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Thanks gizmocuz. Great respect for your knowledge and skills and the time and effort you put into Domoticz. For me and apparently many others, the migration is too complex at the moment.

Correct.
I am using an older Domoticz version and am not going to upgrade.

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
As soon as they do not release a version of Domoticz where Zwave is not simply implemented as before, I am switching to another system. Things have to be simpler and for a program to be used by the majority it must be made easy and friendly. I totally agree with that. Years ago I just wanted to ...

Do you have a backup or image of your last working setup? Hopefully you can put it back.

Same question here. It is not clear or obvious to me what is meant by security key and where to find it.

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Now i wonder why should i update Domoticz further if this takes so much effort and time. It works well with OpenZwave. But maybe I'll change my mind when I have nothing to do...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Since it was announced that Open-Zwave is depreciated I find it stressful to update Domoticz. Therefore I stayed a while on beta14599, but a few days ago I updated to 14957 because there where a few helpful things changed. And I am happily to say that 14957 did not broke my Open-Zwave, at least not ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Ok, I'll leave it like that for now. Unless there's a really good reason for me to update to 2023.1.

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
My system is working fine, running 2021.1.
If I leave everything as it is, so no upgrade to 2022.2, and not all the hassle, what's against that?

Re: Remotec ZRC-90 Scene Master
Since the latest update double and long press are working :D Now I have 168 functions on my Remotec remotes, need to figure out how to remember them... Hi Egregius, double click and long press now also work for me, but how did you manage to control 168 functions with the ZRC-90? Or is it a ...
