Relay seems well binded, I received message in domoticz 'bind succeed' but it doesn't appear in 'devices' after that (and normally must appears after ...

Edit: the vendor id in driver for HGI80 was not added in kernel, and I have added the vendor id.
I will build new domoticz version for cedarview you can test..
