Hi, small update.
The latest build (last night) of the kernel supports the prolific pl2303.
I have everything working right now.
I just downloaded the image. Updated the kernel via the script and followed the general Linux instruction on how to compile.

When I installed a regular image it didn't work either. I found out that with the OpenHab image the serial port works except for p2303 usb to serial devices. The driver isn't included. I'm still trying to fix that

Small update. Got the Pine64 working with Domoticz. I used the latest openhab image. Disabled openhab and compiled Domoticz as per instruction in the Wiki. Got everything working exept the opentherm gateway. It uses a Prolific 2303 usb-serial adapter and the module is not in the image. I am trying ...

I have done some research.
Seem that the serial drivers is 32bit and is the culprit.
There's a threatd on the openhab forum addressing the same issue. Their solutions did not work for me.
I keep on searching.....

I have. The Debian Base version. The 64 bit beta release works up until the part where you need to access the usb devices. Domoticz does not see any usb ports. Tried adding the user to the dialout group but to no avail... Still trying to work things out. Just saw that there is an new image out. Will ...
