I have this problem too in 3.8922. I wasn't aware I downloaded a beta, I'll think I'll go back to the latest stable.
When I switch something on or off, it works fine. But when I use a group Domoticz switches random things on or off and keeps doing that until I down and up it. I run on Ubuntu 16.04.
