Hi,
i tried to install domoticz on a Rpi3+.
I made a clean install.
Domoticz is starting WITHOUT any error, but the UI shows the "Offline" page !!
I also tried a clean install with the latest Stretch version. Same issue..
I tried to compile domoticz from source under Buster. Same issue...
What is ...

There is a Online-Guide where you can test your blockly-scripts.
It is also possible to make your own blocks, but it is not so easy....

It's much more easier to use "external input" in logical blocks.....
