The Device seems to work on 433,92Mhz (http://www.circuitsonline.net/forum/view/79771), to be sure about this you could take apart the remote and look at the chips inside.
It could be that this protocol is not supported by the RFXCOM. Maybe you can make it 'compatible' by using a middle-ware like I ...

I created a small and simple Arduino based device and some code to be able to link any of these cheap 433Mhz devices to the RFXCOM & Domoticz.
